At this year’s Copenhagen Marathon Expo, Nike decided to do things differently. Instead of focusing solely on the body, the installation emphasised the runner’s mind and the critical importance of mental preparation. At its core was the Nike Mind 001, paired with the "Into the Runner’s Mind" interactive trial experience designed to test their race-day mindset. The architecture itself serves as a direct spatial translation of human anatomy. A structural skeleton, draped in translucent, skin-like layers, guiding the visual hierarchy toward the core of the installation: the mind. Rising from the center, a tower dominates the room, culminating in a striking digital skull dome constructed entirely from LED screens. Inside the dome, runners could trial the Nike Mind 001 on a treadmill while engaging in interactive cognitive exercises, allowing them to feel how the shoe sharpens their neurological senses. Every element of the space, from the physical setup and digital dome content to the lighting and spatial audio, was synchronised into seamless 360-degree immersive choreography. experienced anosmia, the sudden loss of smell. To re-activate what seemed lost forever, "The Lost Sense" experience was created for Zurich Insurance Group. Hosted at Berlin's Julia Stoschek Foundation in collaboration with PRESENCE gmbh, this immersive exhibition explored whether touch, sight, and sound could compensate for this loss and fuel the imagination. The entire multi-sensory experience was anchored in the real-life testimonials of five individuals living without scent. Visitors navigated a curated journey through isolated rooms, each designed to trigger specific memories through a single sense. In the visual space, abstract video installations by Domestic Data Streamers evoked phantom scent sensations through vague, memory-triggering imagery. This flowed into a deeply immersive sonic environment featuring a custom speaker design created in collaboration with Berlin sound studio Mosche. Finally, the tactile space housed five distinct physical fixtures, each offering a unique sensation to touch that mirrored the texture of specific memories. At the end of the exhibition, the five individual stories were revealed, allowing visitors to connect the isolated sensory moments they had just experienced with the deeply personal narratives of the anosmia sufferers. As a final takeaway, guests interacted with a custom perfume machine by Algorithmic Perfumery. After completing a highly personal questionnaire, the machine produced three bespoke scents in front of them in real-time, giving each visitor a personalized physical perfume to take home as a lasting reminder of the power of scent. Surrounding this core, a dynamic grid of displays features 30 talents, each filmed during their visit to the Massimo Osti Archive in Bologna and the C.P. Company R&amp;D Headquarters. Inside the structure, visitors were invited to step ‘backstage’ and discover the brand’s creative process firsthand.The concept &amp; scenography was created in close collaboration with Xavier de Stoop. During the Olympics of 2024 in Paris, Nike opened its “Art of Victory” exhibition at the iconic Centre Pompidou – An exhibition celebrating the unending evolution of Nike Air innovation at the very location that inspired the radical design of the Air Max 1 nearly 40 years ago. Visitors are greeted by a vivid orange entryway that sets the tone for the exhibition, leading them into a retrospective of Nike Air innovation. Surrounded by thousands of Air units, 25 iconic Nike Archive shoes are presented inside an illuminated case, each narrating its own story of Air innovation. In the final room, thirteen A.I.-generated footwear prototypes, inspired by the world’s most legendary athletes and air technology, are displayed. These objects float dramatically above illuminated glass vitrines, surrounded by a 360-degree storytelling projection. A synchronised choreography of light, visuals, and sound highlights each prototype individually. The exhibition was designed and executed in close collaboration with the Nike global team. The exhibition also included a scenographic section celebrating the 10 anniversary collaborations, a bookshop and a photo studio where visitors could have their portrait taken by photographer Neil Bedford and become part of the C.P. Company’s archives. Following its premiere at Pitti Uomo 2021 in Florence, the exhibition traveled to Darwen as part of the British Textile Biennale and Milan as part of Men's Fashion Week.All the exhibition’s garments and content can still be explored online through the C.P. multisensory traveling exhibition to celebrate Moncler’s 70th anniversary through its past, present and future The Extraordinary Expedition takes visitors on an experiential journey that encapsulates Moncler’s roots in the mountains and showcases its iconic garments over the past seven decades. The immersive experience is brought to life by the use of kinetic installations, a CGI film, narrative design and scent design, incorporating elements like fog, wind, snow, and scent effects. The exhibition traveled across three cities: New York, London, and Seoul where a special iteration of The Extraordinary Expedition was brought to life. Next to a spatial concept for the shopping environment and the window displays, we developed several interactive installations to enhance the overall experience and highlight the innovative features of the newest kits. Together with Random Studio, the designs were executed for the Nike House of Innovation Paris.
